At Elmore Impressions, we aim to deliver your fragrance order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. United States Shipping

Our current standard shipping rates shown at checkout are:

• $5 USD standard shipping for orders under $20 USD
• Free standard shipping for orders of $20 USD or more

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after processing. Carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. International Shipping

For supported international destinations, our current standard checkout rates are $5 USD for orders under $20 USD and free standard shipping for orders of $20 USD or more.

Estimated international delivery time is 7–15 business days after processing. Customs processing or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress.

5. Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect address information. If you believe your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the shipment status.
