1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

Clearance or promotional items are non-refundable
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elmoreimpressions.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
